Program Overview– IntelliView™ is a customer-friendly performance enhancing and recognition video-training program.  It captures your customer's sales and service experiences as they actually occur in a first person viewpoint.  Our video evaluators, using a concealed micro camera, record their visit and customer interaction with your associates.  The result is a reality-driven video account of their performance along with a scored evaluation, which gives the associate and management an authentic training tool for self-improvement.  This is all delivered in a robust, dedicated web portal, customized to your company, that provides the video and evaluation in an easy-to-use format to all management levels.

Video Evaluators – With years of experience conducting Video Mystery Shopping, we appreciate the challenges associated with this type of program. Each video evaluator is thoroughly educated and certified.  The certification includes in-depth role-playing and scenario workshops specific to the industries/environments to be evaluated.  And because we believe in being flexible, our clients can customize specific scenarios to be performed.
