Veronica connects our independent contractors with mystery shops, communicates the requirements, and answers their questions. She works to make sure client requirements are communicated as clearly as possible and follows up with shoppers to make sure we have provided all the information our clients need.
Experience & Background
After a career that spanned 19 years, Veronica decided to quit my full-time job and work as a part-time mystery shopper and part-time scheduler. By early 2020, she was ready to take on another full-time role (this time working from home), and started working at BARE International and then Ipsos as a Field Manager. Working in different industries and with people of different backgrounds is something she is proud to have accomplished and happy to be able to put that experience to the test with IntelliShop!
What I Love
I love spending time with my family, watching my kids learn and grow, taking long walks (alone in silence!), and doing yard work. There is something about doing yard work and perfecting my grass and landscaping that I find relaxing. And, last but not least, I love visiting the Kalahari Waterpark in Wisconsin Dells at least three times a year. I love the waterslides, and my family has to drag me out at the end of each trip – I never want to leave!
