Greg is responsible for global client development and the execution of strategic sales and product development initiatives to maximize profitably and revenue. In this role, he's a hands-on sales leader, providing day-to-day guidance and direction of sales, dedicating the majority of his time to drive sales to exceed established sales goals. Greg's goal is to serve our clients by identifying and developing programs around specific objectives and delivering insights on key drivers that positively affect KPI's and their customer engagement practices.

Greg has 20+ years of experience in CX and providing clients effective solutions that provide insights which drive increased customer satisfaction and sales performance. Greg has developed long lasting relationships with global brands known for best in class customer engagement. Over that time Greg has developed and designed programs around specific client objectives which identified key drivers that positively affected KPI's and customer satisfaction. Greg attended George Mason University majoring in Communications with a minor in History. He served as the Chairperson for the Ethics and Standards Committee for the MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association) for 2 years. Greg has also been a Presenter/Speaker at several trade association expos. Greg lives in Frederick, MD with his wife and three children. He serves on the board of a travel youth sports hockey organization.
